@reztahla @kinsellawarren Now how is that different than the new agreement superseding the old agreement? I’m genuinely curious how that doesn’t mean the CAN/MICH agreement terms are honoured ie. debt payments taken first and then 50:50 split of ‘profits’ after operations cost

@reztahla @kinsellawarren If they run parallel would any conflicts not default to the CAN/MICH deal? Enforcing the terms of the CAN/USA deal over the CAN/MICH deal would be be an example of the new deal superseding the old would it not?

Spirit GM Dave Drinkill’s 101-year-old grandma is a lifelong JR. Hockey fan. Growing up, her family billeted players, and three of those players' names are on the Memorial Cup with the 1953 Barrie Flyers!

Now, her grandson's name will be etched in JR. Hockey history.
