@pawapongASD Because people aren’t precise and are prone to generalise and it is better for us with ASD to see the world for what it truly is even if what it is is a complicated mess. It is in our nature as rule-following beings to try and ruthlessly put order to nature and make it make sense
@QiuSui28547 The thing is people want an apology don’t they? To truly be selfless we must discard both our pride and our doubt and ask not what sin we have committed and how we ought to suffer but how restitution can be made. If people want an apology then give it? If they don’t then don’t.
@natsu_tech_mom I struggle to apologise because to apologise to me is to submit because I was always told to say sorry but I did not understand why so it became merely a way to appease people. If I had understood the effects of my actions deeper I would have learned to apologise and mean it.
@aoicampus It’s an explanation of why they did what they did. The idea is that if you understand why they did it you will not feel as much resentment towards them because you will know that their intentions were good and therefore their actions were not hostile.
@Seanrider68@ShitlibSupreme I don’t know if you even believe that. I feel like you must be lying because isn’t it so perfectly convenient that ICE never oversteps and is always perfectly justified in killing people? Isn’t that so convenient for your worldview that ICE is incapable of making a mistake?
@jckessler75@ShitlibSupreme I just genuinely think you think you know what you’re talking about but you don’t. Why would you assume that you are always right? Isn’t that so convenient for you that they were all criminals and ICE are the good guys and incapable of ever messing up
@Seanrider68@ShitlibSupreme Stop lying. You know that’s not true. You just want to justify their deaths because it’s easier to blame the protestors than the people that you like because ICE doing something immoral would invalidate your whole worldview
@jckessler75@ShitlibSupreme No I’m saying you know you’re lying to yourself and to others because you don’t want to admit that the people you like could ever be capable of something immoral
@934bQHcUM1G1NEL My perspective as westerner is that freedom of expression is integral to a free society. If I buy a flag it is my property and I believe I should be able to do with that property as I wish provided I do not bring physical harm or unavoidable inconvenience to people. This is silly
@Seanrider68@ShitlibSupreme You know that’s not what happened you just want to pretend the ICE officers acted completely how they should but you know they had no reason to shoot these people and you’re just pretending that they did
@Thought_Critica@ShitlibSupreme You know that’s not what happened you just want to pretend the ICE officers acted completely how they should but you know they had no reason to shoot these people and you’re just pretending that they did

@not21332@4Ud1CCuftl19105 It’s not your attitude though. “Your” implies you speak for all Japanese people but you don’t. And Muslim people are contributing. It’s called taxes and infrastructure. You need to widen your perspective and stop having such a narrow-minded view of the world
