@murphymike@ChrisCillizza Mike, I respect your experience, but “economic negatives”, really? Effective universal employment for anyone who wants to work… inflation under control, massive public investment in infrastructure programs rolling forward… what kitchen table pocketbook issues am I missing?
@Sephora Your customer service experience is horrible. Purchase made in Hong Kong at company store, burns my wife’s skin, take to my Richmond Virginia location (Short Pump) with receipt and website return policy and told “tough luck”. Anti customer and waste of my time.
It would be painless to offer store credit for the defective product. An easy win. Instead your manager refuses to create a positive customer service outcome, even with proof of purchase and now have lost business for good. Horrendous.
@cubedweller@lay_overs Spending the week with my wife in HK and enjoying (fantastic) HK-style French Toast in Mong Kok. Have either of you found similar good versions served in the US? Otherwise, I’ll need to devote myself to reverse engineering it. Thanks
@Lowes The fact that you will not extend store credit with a sealed return, and take down the customer information, like every other retailer tells me you are not customer outcome focused and I should shop elsewhere. On account of $3.48.
@Lowes Tried to return $3.48 of (sealed) product to your store without receipt. Presented drivers license and was denied. It’s ridiculous and not customer friendly at all. You’ve lost me as a customer, no patience for run around with a sealed product and with my providing ID.
…especially in a competitive markplace where I have choice at the brick and mortar and online side. The latest in a string of piss poor customer service experiences at your Brook Road (Richmond VA store).
@cubedweller@lay_overs Taking my wife for her first visit to HK in April. Do either of you have recommendations for good local / mom & pop Dim Sum places to check out? Done Tim Ho Wan many times and want to try others. Staying in TST but venturing out. Thanks
