@Delta when my flight landed in JFK, the roof paneling fell down on top of us. I sent a complaint but it is been months and no one replied. I have a customer service number for it….. if you could help, I would appreciate it. It’s been far too long for lack of response. Thanks.
@IrishRail Thank you @IrishRail. I sent in the form per your request. Hopefully they can process it in time for others to book the seats later today. I also requested a refund under the circumstances. Appreciate it and happy Christmas.
@Delta panel broke on landing after transatlantic flight and fell out of ceiling over my head. Crew commented the plane needed to be “retired”. I sent in a feedback form almost 2 months ago and no-one ever replied. I got a case reference number for form. Thanks for ur help
@AerLingus I submitted a bereavement refund request (I did it wrong the first time and clicked a general refund form on my phone, so I the repeated it on the scroll down) - but I haven’t heard back and can’t find a way to check status. Any help greatly appreciated.
@IrishRail our train Sligo to Dublin Connolly has been delayed and standing on track. Now we are going backwards!!!! They made announcement that was inaudible. It’s nuts!
@AmericanAir I signed up for “miles for options” and did surveys. It was supposed to get 500 bonus points but I have not. I called, waited on hold for ages and had to give up. Can you help me on here?
@AirCanada Hi Liz, I filled out a claim and am going around in circles. The baggage section transferred it to customer service and gave me a new code. But customer service are pointing me back to baggage! I’ve had so many emails and filled forms and sent receipts.
@AirCanada we agreed to voluntarily check carry on bags. However you didn’t put them on the plane! We couldn’t continue our journey after landing with no bags. Had to book airport hotel & return to baggage hall next morning to get bags. Trying to get reimbursed is hell. Pls help
@WestJet there was a row immediately in front with two empty seats. A passenger next to my parents moved to an empty row and was sent back to the seat. My family paid extra for seats. It was unkind to not facilitate some common sense moves when the plane wasn’t full
@WestJet my parents in their late 70s and sister with her 14 month old baby were not accommodated nicely on a transatlantic flight last night. Lots of empty seats around them and you weren’t kind enough to enable them to move to row with empty seat to make it easier with infant
Is there anything you can do to help me so I get my full credit to $133.35? In your app, it showed the future travel credit was $133.35 without any visible indication of more fees. I assumed this was due to the travel change and I was able to get full credit. Please help!! Thanks
@united my flight had schedule change. I got email which led me to believe I could cancel for free. @United app showed I would get credit of $133.35 so I cancelled. Now I learn that b/c the schedule change was less than 2 hrs, my ACTUAL credit is $90 less, due to a hidden fee?
Today, President Biden put forward a clear, realistic and just plan to establish an immediate ceasefire and end the war in Gaza - a plan that ensures Israel’s security, returns hostages taken on October 7th to their families, increases aid into Gaza and relieves the suffering of Palestinian civilians, and engages Israelis, Palestinians, Arab countries and the broader international community in the process of rebuilding Gaza.
A ceasefire alone won’t ease the terrible pain of Israelis whose loved ones were butchered or abducted by Hamas, or the Palestinians whose families have been shattered by the subsequent war. It won’t resolve the longstanding conflict between Israelis and Palestinians, or answer contentious issues surrounding a two-state solution or continuing settler activity in the West Bank. But what it can do is put a stop to the ongoing bloodshed, help families reunite and allow a surge of humanitarian aid to help desperate, hungry people. It can save lives, here and now - and it can lay the foundation for what will be a long and difficult road to a future in which Israel is secure and at peace with its neighbors, and Palestinians finally have the security, freedom and self-determination that they have sought for so long.
As the tragedy in Gaza has unfolded over the past eight months, we’ve witnessed an often fierce public debate here at home - and around the world - regarding how the United States should respond. But no matter where each of us stand in these broader debates, an enduring ceasefire is something we should all support - for the sake of Israelis, Palestinians and the world at large. I am deeply encouraged by the steady, tireless efforts of President Biden, Secretary of State Tony Blinken and our diplomatic team to bring this awful war to an end.
