@mou55981652 I think Soler is an unsung hero for Pogacar. He's been with him through very difficult times. I know UAE wants to send the strongest possible team (I would've given Majka a farewell Tour last year for example), but let's not undervalue Soler ans Sivakov
@InsideOut2912@Tuqi_Duque Soler stayed with him on that fateful: "I'm gone, I'm dead" climb and has always taken care of Pogacar since. It's knowing he had his back even if he didn't have the legs.
@CyclingWerewolf Your experience and .ine are very similar: I started cycling and searched some videos on YouTube then saw videos about pros (Sagan, Contador, MvDP, Wout,Vingegaard etc.) but none made me sit and look like Pogacar's and that's when I really got into the sport.
@laflammerouge16 The problem is that Pog is going to look for any opportunity to put time on his rivals, and that's the challenge: He's smart enough to recognize when/where to launch...then that advantage means his rivals will inevitably pace for him in an effort to drop him
@InsideOut2912 He's been caught before or bettered after attacking, most recently Wout (Montmatre) and MvDP (San-Remon 2025 and Roubaix 2025), even Remco/Sjkelmose caught him in Amstel Gold. He's mortal, and yet a fresh peloton didn't muster the courage!
@Lecstappilton Will be very different at the Tour: riders (you know who) will be on his wheel for the first two weeks at least and Red Bull (Remco, Ayuso, Sjkelmose) will have a say on GC
@Lecstappilton So smart riding at this year's Tour is Jonas, Remco and Seixas on Pog's wheel, and then they each cooperate their effort when he attacks?
@TheAlexBancila Greatness is not only measured by statistics or win percentage, there are intangibles to it (aesthetics, how the sportsman won etc., and importantly, how the fans felt and the entertainment impact). To each their own
