Meanwhile I have kept calling tech support and customer service only to be told I'll get a call back that never happens
@Mintmobile Nothing to look into. Due to terrible network performance, basked into your contract, I wanted to cancel it. You don't offer refunds for terrible network performance, so I'm spending a year describing how bad it is to be a @MintMobileCares customer.
Went out for dinner downtown last night. 5 full bars of signal, 0.01 download and upload speed. Don't trust @Mintmobile because they don't really @MintMobileCares
@The_Real_LouieV@Mintmobile@MintMobileCares They did not. They can't. The QCI which sets the network priority is the lowest with @Mintmobile , meaning you'll only get data after all the rest. In most cases - you won't get data if you're anywhere that has people. Went to Target - data stopped just before the parking lot.
@Mintmobile is probably the worst carrier out there. They also don't want to refund you when you find out there terrible network performance. Thanks @MintMobileCares , I'll be sure to post daily everywhere about this.
@Mintmobile@VancityReynolds I suggest working on the regular cellular services before moving on to home internet. I'm getting used to not getting data on the move, not getting data at home would be even worse
Surprise! @MintMobileCares Couldn't resolve my issues with the network performance, because that's how the network is configured - you're just getting less data than anyone around you. Well, a good reminder to everyone not to consider @Mintmobile
Update on communicating with @MintMobileCares customer support - it's about 1 message per day. So don't expect quick resolutions to your issues. @Mintmobile . Bad network performance, bad customer service, bad.
Feels like I'm back in the year 2000, @Mintmobile because when I get to the supermarket - I have no data service and I'm looking for WiFi anywhere. Terrible network performance, probably because of the QCI for Mint
Never should have left @TMobile for @Mintmobile. Terrible QCI (check it out and learn more). @MintMobileCares Also don't refund for failed products, so... let's wait a year
Sent a @UniformWares watch for repair, handled by @LockerHull and was disappointed by both.
1. Asked to change the shipping address, but the Repairer said it's "Too much of a hassle".
2. Reported it to UW, that said "they can't ask more from their repairer".
No thanks.
@XfinitySupport experiencing an outage, finding the issue and leaving a temporary fix in the form of this generator. Today, the problem hasn't been fixed and no one bothered to add gas to the generator that stops, leaving an neighborhood (again) without Internet.
