This has been and forever will be a way to control people born women and people of color. If we are going to force black mothers to give birth, fix the fact that black women are 3 times as likely to die in childbirth as white women. Same with their babies. But we wont, will we?

nobody should be surprised. we live in an originalist system. originalism only benefits “we the people” in 1787. thats straight, white, cisgender, gun owning and property owning american and european men.

But the US will not fix this, no, but they will force children, especially women and children of color, to face this. Women and children face huge amounts of health care disparity, where pregnant WOC and their babies are more likely to die, especially black women.
