i'm LEAKING our entire AI creator persona template:
this is the exact fill-in doc we use to turn a generated face into a character people actually follow...

Downloading the kimi k3 weights on huggingface right now
It’s crazy to think this is what escaping the permanent underclass looks like
It’s even more crazy that Moonshot AI - a Chinese AI lab is letting me - an American download frontier intelligence that costs tens of millions of dollars to train and develop right onto my local cold storage
Thank you Yang Zhilin and @Kimi_Moonshot
I found a Claude skill that plans my entire AI ad before I even open Gemini Omni.
I just send it:
→ the product
→ the ad style (LEGO, crochet, cartoon, Pixar, etc.)
that’s it.
a few seconds later it gives me:
→ a complete script
→ a scene-by-scene breakdown
→ Gemini Omni prompts ready to generate
I don’t waste time figuring out what each scene should look like or rewriting prompts until they work.
I just generate the ad.
It’s the exact workflow I’ve been using to make AI ads for affiliate offers, and it’s cut my creation time by more than half.
RT + comment “SKILL” and I’ll DM you the exact workflow I use to make these ads (Claude skill included).

kimi k3 + hermes finds local businesses with ugly or zero websites, builds them a real one and sends the owner a loom-style video of it
i sold my first website on literally my first dm, just off a loom video
the system you can run as a one-person agency:
- it scrapes one niche off google maps and flags everyone without a site
- it keeps only rated, reviewed, still-alive businesses
- pulls the owner's name from review replies
- kimi k3 writes each site from their real reviews, nothing invented
- a face-cam walkthrough plays over the new site
- the owner clicks, sees their business look professional, claims the site
every step from sourcing to outreach is fully automated
reply "SITE" + RT and i'll send you a free guide so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM you)
Claude is INSANE for ad creative research.
I've built a file with 5 prompts we've tested, with examples.
Our creative strategists run these exact prompts for our 7/8-figure clients before any brief gets written.
Inside the mini-guide:
- The 5 prompts
- Claude setup walkthrough
- Worked examples

I shouldn't give away this sauce... but it's life changing as a creative strategist.
Winning ads truly come down to this one thing.
Almost nobody talks about it because it takes about 1,000+ reps to notice the pattern.
And once you see it, you can never see a winning ad the same way again.
I'm talking about Internal Narrative Identity.
This DOES NOT mean personas. Because personas are what WE think of the audience. Internal Narrative Identity is what THEY THINK OF THEMSELVES.
You have to speak directly to the identity you're targeting from the music, to the background/setting, to the font, to the UGC creator's necklace. EVERY LITTLE THING.
Showing the popcorn ceiling with a smoke detector does more than you think.
Showing someone with a tattoo on their neck gives you an idea about how they think.
Showing a coffee mug that was handmade and hand painted gives the audience another thing to judge.
All of these things subconsciously signal who it's for.
Identity also shapes the messaging, the offer, the framing, the emotional triggers, everything.
That's why the foundation of any winning ad is identity.
And the best way to understand their identity is by doing deep research.
How to do this:
Collect hundreds of real audience comments with Perplexity, score them, find patterns, debunk fake ones, and put together a plan for targeting what people care about based on the proof. No guessing or assumptions based on how WE see people, but how THEY SEE THEMSELVES.
If you want my Internal Identity Research Report Prompt, REPOST and comment "ID."
