I would love input:

Adam Montgomery has been convicted of Harmony Montgomery's murder, but without finding her body, there is no closure. Law enforcement emphasizes the importance of locating her remains and even identified areas of interest for finding her remains.
Over the last year we have done extensive forensic mapping from evidence such as toll records, U-Haul mileage, and other data. I have been thinking of assembling a team of 10-15 search and rescue experts skilled in ground and air search, HRD K9s with handlers, scuba divers, and equine for a coordinated search of up to 10 days, with law enforcement's approval.
Of course this would be incredibly expensive and beyond my ability to self fund. I have never been involved in crowdfunding. I wonder if with full transparency of every dollar, possibly even having a lawyer or CPA as the designee of the donated funds, and transparency of the search efforts including real time search area reporting and body cam footage, if this would be possible to gain the trust and confidence of donors?
Costs include K9 units, diving gear, drones, airfare, team hotel rooms, and other essentials. Yet, finding Harmony is invaluable. This is not a call for donations but a request for feedback on organizing a community-funded search with complete financial transparency. Could this approach work, or does it pose too many risks? I'm seeking your thoughts and input. I want to stress again this will be incredibly expensive. Let's start a discussion #harmonymontgomery
