Drawing inspiration from her encounter with an adult female in a Nigerian bank, Moréniké Adams @moredams in her essay titled "Prioritizing the Future of Education Amid Illiteracy" draws the attention of the reader to the emergency state of education in Africa.

All it takes to distract Nigerians is to pay a major influencer to create drama, and the entire social media space erupts. Everyone fixates on the trend while more important issues are ignored. In many ways, whoever controls the influencers controls the attention of the youth.
Stop attacking pastors over what the government should be responsible for, you didn’t elect pastors into office. The constant criticism of men of God needs to stop. We keep focusing on minor issues while ignoring the major ones.
We are all responsible for building a better Nigeria, not just spiritual leaders.
As long as you carry a Nigerian passport, you count.
I speak today not just as an actor… not as a public figure, but as a broken Nigerian.
What is happening in Plateau State… it is not just news; it is painful. It is bloodshed. It is a wound that refuses to heal.
How did we get here?
When did we start measuring humanity by tribe, religion, and the names our parents gave us in love?
No one is more Nigerian than another. And even before Nigeria, we are human beings first—flesh and blood, hearts that feel, and souls that grieve.
The lives being lost… innocent lives… they are not statistics. They are mothers. Fathers. Children. Dreams cut short. Futures stolen.
And no reason, no anger, no difference can ever justify this.
It must never become normal.
We must never become silent.
We must never get used to burying our own.
My heart is heavy… so heavy for every family mourning the loss of their loved ones, for every home left empty, for every child who will grow up with questions that have no answers.
Nigeria is bleeding!!!
But I still believe, somehow, that we can find our way back.
Back to compassion.
Back to empathy.
Back to peace.
Because if we lose that… then we have truly lost everything.
My questions to President Tinubu @officialABAT and his @OfficialAPCNg Party currently in festivity mode is:
Do you know what manner of leaders feast while their people are being slaughtered?
Do you know what kind of leaders watch the gory images of their dead citizens again and again?
Do you know what manner of leaders with the power and duty to protect lives merely respond to mass killings of their people either with silence or issue useless press releases and make hopeless committee appointments to incompetently “investigate” the obvious?
The answer is simple.
It is a group of demonized bloodsucking rulers.
This is really who you all must be by your unconscionable indifference to these killings of our people.
That mother and her son are dead.
Their blood is on the hands of you who knew, who looked away, who chose a convention hall over a Command Center.
As for the rest of us, Nigerians, we simply cannot continue to normalize acceptance that a Nigerian Life means nothing to these evil rulers.
Our griefs and prayers must become collective fury at this point.
Our collective fury must become demand and that collective demand must have consequence at this time.
Jos is bleeding……
Nigeria is bleeding…..
Nigerians are bleeding.

As a Ghanaian citizen myself, this is one of the worst officiating I’ve ever seen in football.
Charlie, This Brada brought shame to himself and to the entire Nation of Ghana.
After watching the replay, it’s actually a good decision by the ref to give the free kick to Morocco and show Calvin Bassey the yellow card
The rules say you have to let Brahim Diaz and Morocco through on goal
Hello Mr Governor @jidesanwoolu ,
One of these days when you are not too busy with the very serious task of going to the Airport in Abuja to welcome Mr President from an International trip, kindly take a drive around Lagos roads and let us know why the government continues to risk the lives of Lagosians.
There are potholes on the roads causing accidents that are capable of destroying lives and properties.
Do better?
As a voiceover talent who makes money with your voice, your vocal health and hygeine must be TOP NOTCH. Some voice talents have lost their voices and never regained it due to an abuse of this essential tool. Take note of those tips and do better!

The only way to teach them is to simply start speaking your language to them. They will understand gradually and then begin to speak one step at a time.
I discovered almost all my mates that have children now including me speak only english to our children and our children can’t speak or understand Yoruba, and our native language. I hope our language won’t go into extinction soon. How can I teach my children Yoruba and ekiti ooo? even grandparents now only speak english to them even though it has ondo and ekiti intonation but still not our language.
Wow!
With all the horrible indicators on the state of governance?
So, it is a new National Anthem that is their priority?
I frankly thought it was a joke and gave it no attention.
What an egregious case of “Majoring in the Minor” this is!
Wow!
Again, no one is coming to save us, Citizens of Nigeria.
WE’re all WE have.
We all must someday decide to collectively save ourselves and this country from these overpaid, unethical, incompetent and incapable “Lawbreakers” in the @nassnigeria and their similarly characterized collaborators in the Executive and Judicial branches of Government across this Land.
The Citizens of this country must understand this absolute Truth by now that the Political Class is the biggest curse on this country.
