We formally launched this today HSE Health Service @HealthyIreland implementation plan 23-27. This is the only way to long term improvement in the health status of the population. We need to come back in 12 months and show what we have and have not done. Plan is good - implementation the only real judge. Supported by @DonnellyStephen @roinnslainte Healthy Ireland is in all our interests not just @HSELive @HsehealthW great chance also to recognise clinical leadership @CcoHse more engagement next week @SouthEastCH @niamh_doody
