Today we are 1. It has been a whole yr since we became officially us. Although the idea was around for longer, it feels important to mark this milestone. We planned to celebrate with cake, but work got too busy!

Gemma magnificently secured some money through Sports England, so all of the sessions will include some form of activity- dance, yoga, fitness, movement ect.

All of our facilities are Safe Venues, offering a place of safety to those who may need it - they can pop in, use the phone, contact support if required and stay there until they feel they can leave.
