From my observation the most successful people in this cycle had their own independent way of thinking about things

People would just straight up not think on their wavelength and miss the melt up

It’d give you the capacity to get the best size for the least risk with the most reward

The difficult part was honing your feel for creating those ideas into your own system, you’d roundtrip a crazy amount, the psychological battle of not falling to tilt was every other week, being selective of which ones you fire into

The market was so stupid that you just had to have your own ideas of why people bid things and if enough people played with that idea your coin would reach exit velocity

Most of the guys who started in Versus around the same time as me (+/- 1 month) and avoided being purged have retired/made multi-7 figs + started with even up to less than 5 figs

Reasoning here is that most high 7 or 8 fig mfs already made it and have no reason to stare at newly created.

5 fig to low 6 fig people are still bright, motivated, and can potentially become a talent.

Some of the best recruits in this group ever started at low 5 figs and eventually made their way up.

A lot of the old Versus heads are retired now, so we're looking for fresh blood.

Invited a couple of heads, however open to new people too.

Also, not looking for people in 5+ groups 🤠.
