hey so please dont insinuate there is sexism within the state staff team, its not only incorrect but its insulting to a team that takes a lot of care to ensure equality within the server:

Cynikka wasnt the only one denied, of the notable members denied in the past events it was vastly more men that got denied in comparison. We judge applications by merit alone and not identity. The only people accepted in automatically were those who already put dozens of hours in to make the event (including government!).
This is emphasized by the fact that we have had a MONUMENTAL jump in women & nonbinary people who have been accepted. As Applications Lead I was very happy with the amount of diversity in accepted applicants - and its easy to see that in game.
If you'd like a list of women/nbs (just that I know of!) that have VERY prominent roles within the event so far they are: Alt, Jophiel, Madzvie, Fonix, Ymis, Magicsings, CassBerry, Korulein, and many more.

The government was decided entirely on merit, including commanders, ministers, advisors, deputies, etc

State has always strived to be a place where ANYONE, regardless of identity, can play, lead, and be the best they can be!
