@BMW @SytnerBMW have the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Rude, unhelpful and super avoidant. Don’t even get me started on their biased and unfair appeals process 😂😂

An appeals process where the customer cannot submit supporting evidence nor are their explanations considered. Instead, the appeal team look at what was already decided by their technicians previously and make a decision based on what they have already said😂…laughable really.

I should add that decisions which are made by customer service agents regarding technical warranty claims are made by people that have limited or no knowledge of cars or mechanics…
