Other than their good investment policies bone hela their customer service is very poor. I’d rate them 2 out of 10. They need to do an intensive customer training on their staff tota. I have had my fair share with them.

Fun fact (sarcasm by the way); there is no kiddies EpiPen in the whole of BW 🇧🇼. (Tota le ya bagolo ya sokodisa to find). For some of us with kids who need to always be carrying it, we cross the border to get it😭.
