At least part of the power outages yesterday might have had something to do with this. Massive power surge impacted Morenet's equipment but we were able to have everything back by midnight thanks to Infotec's work.

Those are not as fast as at AEC but still very strong. It's also available at The Oaks restaurant (at the golf course), where you might enjoy internet with your meal or beverage.

@Carks128 When we do connect you the customer connection is not affected by weather. Seems some wireless providers have this issue but our design is such that environmental conditions do not affect Morenet's service.

@Carks128 🙂 We are gearing up to do something about it! We must be careful that each customer who connects has a strong signal. If not, then not only you suffer but it causes problems for other customers, affecting everyone's Morenet experience...

@unLadon @cityofmorden Certainly not dead! Though it appears close to being resolved, we still are not able to speak on Councils direction yet. Council has indicated it would provide an update, which we hope is imminent. Morenet will still solve Morden's internet problems.
