🚨BAD BILL ALERT🚨

This Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. the House Appropriations Committee will hold a public hearing on HB 1607, also known as the bottle tax, which would impose a 10 cent tax per container.

The bill would also require beverage producers to pay more than $200 million per year in fees for a new bottle recycling program, which will be passed on to consumers in the form of higher prices. 🔗👇
