Harini bawak hanis pergi checkup gigi, risau gigi bawah mcm ada cavities. Turns out just staining tp kena rajin berus gigi lah.

Day 2/2024

Today went to pick up my laptop (keyboard rosak) and my new spectacles!! So far loving it 😍 first time trying round spectacles although harga as usual pricey. Hope it will last long

Then lunch with mama at Nifayyi Cafe. Need to remind myself to take photos often

Dyspnoea - difficulty in breathing
Claudication - pain in muscles of calf, thigh or buttock precipitated by exercise and relieved by rest
Rest pain - pain in limb at rest without significant exercise
Dysuria - pain during micturition
Hematuria - blood in urine

Dyspepsia - epigastric discomfort/ pain after eating
Dysphagia - difficulty in swallowing
Oesophageal reflux - bitter or acidic taste fluid in pharynx or mouth
Haemetemesis - blood in vomit

Abdominal distension - 5Fs (fat, flatus due to ileus/obstruction, fetus, fluid, 'flipping big mass
Tenesmus - desire to pass stools with either no result or incomplete satisfaction of defecation
Jaundice - yellow discoloration due to hyperbilirubinaemia
Hemoptysis -blood in cough

S - Site of pain
O- onset of pain
C - character of pain
R - radiation to other parts
A - associated symptoms
T - timing, occur at particular time
E - excerbation/ relieving factors
S - surgical history/ intervention

Previously i told my husband it's hard for me to handle the baby alone with all the house chores still pending. Then he said to me "you need to handle the baby more faster, don't dilly dally with the baby". I was so upset hearing that

Then these 2 days, he had to take care of the baby all alone coz i need to go to work and the babysitter is still on holiday.
He texted me saying "I'm tired. I can't do anything today, handling the baby"
I am sooo soo satisfied after hearing that
