This may b heavy to hear, but years ago i attempted s*ic*de n as i was about to be taken out of the ambulance in chicago… “Healer” by mick n I started playing on vocalo radio. it was the first time i had ever heard myself on the radio in my city. n in a way it brought me back to reality. for most of us @Vocalo was the first time we heard ourselves on the radio. or had a radio interview. they were the first people with actual fm station that supported independent chicago artists without wanting anything in return. so sad to see this be the end.
