I'm not here to judge how people spend their money or their time but I also would appreciate people not judging mine.
I do not see any difference in spending £300 for a concert/merch or for a football match. To me if you have the money go ahead and use them as you please.

You know what saddens me the most about ageism?
The idea that young people think that we have to give up a part of ourselves growing up. The we have to give up all this is fun and brings joy. You can, of course, evolve and find joy in different things in your life (+)

But you shouldn't feel compelled to give up what you like.
Usually things take a different place on the priority list but do not be mistaken: you should use a pinch of salt while pursuing your interests at 18 as at 30+.
It's not a matter of age is a matter of choices (+)
