@FesticketHelp Been booked into a hotel that isn’t even open! Been trying to contact for 3 weeks and got nothing. The Mercure Sheffield parkway hotel doesn’t open until the 22nd July after being closed for 2 years. I need some help please with a better contact

If you’re going to @Bassfest_uk and have booked though @Festicket make sure the hotel they have booked you in is actually open. Getting a refund is near impossible

@Festicket @Time_Warp I have sent numerous emails and not got a reply. I booked the bassfest tickets and hotel all through you and have come to find out that the hotel won’t be opening until the 22nd July. I’ve had to book a whole new hotel at a much larger price and desperately need a refund
