Our Next October Outlook Player is 2028 Josie Morgan of the Bristow Purple Pirates

Josie has been in the JYD since the 6th grade. She has plus handles and can finish at the rim in a variety of ways and angles. Plays well both on and off the ball. Plus rebounding guard. Shoots it clean. She uses her feet well to get open. The consummate team player and very coachable.

Josie will be a freshman this year for the Purple Pirates and will be counted on to contribute right away for her team. Her game will translate really well to the high school level. Also really neat that she will get to play with her sister and and play for her dad at the high school level.

HS basketball is and should always be the most important part of a female hooper’s basketball experience (way more important than AAU). You grind all season. Your town is in the stands. You rep your school. Nothing like it!
