@emollick You are right, there’s tons of depth I didn’t know about. “It was voted the nation's favourite painting. In 2020 it was included on the new £20 banknote”
@benhylak Direct tuning: ‘I never want to hear about Bayesian probability again’, ‘going to defcon next week, wanna see more of it’. They’ll likely then work on better UX for it that’s not chat
RFC: “The key words "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", … are to be interpreted as described in RFC 2119”
ActivityPub standard: “So, okay. Alyssa wants to talk to her friends, and her friends want to talk to her! Luckily these "inbox" and "outbox" things can help us out”
@UniqueDima That’d be a logical choice. Games, though, are decided by more than a pure physical skill.
Also, culture / perception from the entire league (and there are ways to target you within the rules!). Check out reaction to Kassian/Tkachuk incident last week
I hooked a neural network up to my Roomba. I wanted it to learn to navigate without bumping into things, so I set up a reward scheme to encourage speed and discourage hitting the bumper sensors.
It learnt to drive backwards, because there are no bumpers on the back.
