Don't worry, now @verizon is telling me to get a phone (to replace the $1,100 phone they sold me in January), I can just pay off my remaining balance, and buy a new phone. That seems to solve the problem. 🙄

A long time pixel user & big fan, I was so excited for my Pro6. Bought w @Verizon on 1/8. Severe connectivity issues since day 1. Instead of replacing with a new phone, Verizon is trying to sell me insurance for a faulty phone & then provide me a refurb! @madebygoogle can u help?

@VerizonSupport There are huge chunks of time every day where I get no service and/or no mobile internet at my home and office, where I've never had connectivity issues with VZ before. Husband has the same phone with no issues. As a mom of two who works remote, obviously this doesn't work for me

The WORST customer support from @UPSHelp today. They lost my package, and I'm unable to file a claim because it was a prepaid label from a retailer. Not able to get ANYONE of the phone, or virtual chat or anything.
