Lee Mu Jin at Byul Hana Festival
Q: which BHC chicken menu you want to recommend to the fans?
🦊: Tier 1 chicken, BHC.
🦊: I feel so good to be standing on this stage.
Q: Which song do you most want to play for your fans today?
🦊: I think it would be "Traffic Light," which is my signature song and the one [the fans] are looking forward to the most.
🦊: I hope to create a warm and relaxed stage that goes well with this weather, this atmosphere, and this moment.
Q: What does "Byul Hana" mean to you?
🦊: I think "Byul Hana" is that sense of empathy—where people relate to the music I make and the emotions I express, while reflecting on their own experiences and contrasting them with my songs as they listen.
my fav genre of people who knows mujin only from lms is when he does something weird and people are shock bcs they thought he is just a shy quiet guy AHAHAH
Cha Gawon’s Three Companies’ Employees Issue Second Statement: “Payment of Unpaid Wages Has Begun, but… the Issue Remains Unresolved” [Official]
Amid allegations of fraud totaling 30 billion won against Cha Gawon, CEO of One Hundred Label (and CEO of P.Ark Group), employees of the affiliated companies have once again appealed for the payment of their wages.
On the 18th, employees of One Hundred Label, Big Planet Made Entertainment, and INB 100 issued a second statement under the name “Association of Affected Employees from the Three Companies,” demanding the immediate payment of outstanding wages.
The employees began by stating, “Cha Gawon’s side has started paying wages to employees,” but added, “While we can finally breathe a sigh of relief, there are still unresolved issues.”
They pointed out that dozens of employees have still not received their wages, stating, “The four major social insurance premiums for employees are also in arrears. Due to months of unpaid wages, it is an ordeal for employees just to get by day by day.” They added, “Cha Gawon must immediately pay the wages to the remaining employees and settle all outstanding social insurance premiums.”
They went on to demand a sincere apology for the wage arrears situation. Regarding Cha Gawon’s demand for a waiver of claims and his assertion that their statement was “malicious incitement by certain factions,” the employees raised their voices, stating, “Wages should not be subject to any conditions, and the responsibility for the current situation lies entirely with Cha Gawon herself.”
The employees stated, “Although it wasn’t a long wait, more time has passed before some employees finally received their wages. For us, who have long suffered from financial hardship, even that brief wait feels like hell,” adding, “A significant number of employees still haven’t received their wages. Instead of blaming others, Cha Gawon should have used the funds she had secured to pay our wages first,” and demanded an apology.
They also demanded that the Ministry of Employment and Labor continue its investigation into Cha Gawon’s labor law violations without delay. They appealed to the police and investigators, stating, “Employees have not received their wages, and artists left the company after going without settlement payments for an extended period. As reported on television, many of the business partners who have not been paid—including small businesses such as laundromats—are struggling. We urge you to conduct a thorough investigation to prevent further damage.”
Previously, on the 16th, employees issued a statement complaining about unpaid wages. However, regarding this, Hyun Dongyeop, an attorney at Hwagum Law Firm representing Cha Gawon, claimed, “We understand that the statement was drafted and distributed under the direction of LSG’s manager.”
While stating that the unpaid wages are scheduled to be paid by the set deadline, he explained, “Due to the malicious incitement by certain board members currently facing charges of embezzlement and breach of trust, well-intentioned employees are currently unable to receive their rightful wages despite facing financial hardship.”
