마크는 3일 'uprmlable'이라는 이름의 공식 SNS 계정을 오픈하고, 해당 계정에 게재된 영상을 자신의 개인 SNS에 공유했다. 이와 함께 마크는 자신의 개인 SNS 소개글에 해당 계정을 공개적으로 태그했다.

새롭게 개설된 계정은 '어퍼룸(Upper Room)'의 공식 SNS로, 아이디에 '레이블'을 붙인 만큼, 마크의 새 소속사 이름인 것으로 보인다.

공식 SNS 계정과 함께 공개된 영상에는 열린 창문을 통해 바람이 부는 모습을 비롯해 소속사 이름인 '어퍼룸'과 관련된 각종 텍스트와 이미지가 담겼다. 특히 해당 영상에는 엔시티 멤버인 천러가 축하를 의미하는 폭죽 모양 이모티콘을 댓글로 남기며 이목을 집중시키기도 했다.

당시 그는 "내가 꿀 수 있는 최고의 꿈과, 마크라는 사람으로 살면서 가질 수 있는 최고의 할 일과 목적이 무엇일지에 대해 자연스럽게 고민하게 됐다"라며 "SM과 엔시티 멤버들과, 시즈니에게 고마운 마음을 평생 가지고 살아갈 것이다. 앞으로 좋은 모습의 마크가 될 수 있게, 최선을 다해 열심히 노력하겠다"라는 심경을 밝혔다.
