@TrainLinkWest The sound is loud in all the carriages I've been on. I can only blast my headphones so loud, but still can hear the announcements.

@TrainLinkWest just been abroad for a month and now back on the #bluemountainsline. The state of the 9122 carriage is utterly disgusting and should be an embarrassment for the NSW Government.

@TrainLinkWest The vestibule is filthy, the bottom level is filthy. Floor, seats and even the ceiling have crap all over. It smells bad. Possibly vomit, pee, crumbs, food items.
