Yeah I’ve heard good things! I don’t know if I have Apple TV right now but I’ll definitely check it out. On another topic, do you think I am capable of being loved genuinely
Everyone has focused on his headline take but the radically enlightened bit is when he compares Hamas and October 7th to slave rebellions and raids against colonists by indigenous Americans. Different level

@tinysons yeah i was shocked to see the others win awards cos watching it i thought they were ok but he was the only standout. (i also preferred severence in most categories but thats another story)
this is for me and the slice of life enjoyers what if the pitt had an episode called 6am where we see each character's home lives preparing for their shift
ben geçen sezon izlediğimde en öne çıkan performans onunkiydi hemşireyle gazi doktor promo edilince çok şaşırmıştım. hatta robby ve langdon dışıdna tüm cast klişe lise müsameresi tadındaydı ödüller filan alınca şok oldum
the color literally draining from his face then him getting back in the zone as soon as he realizes that people can't see that his back still hurts because that would only be another reason to think he's not fit to be working...patrick ball actor of the century
the character is meant to be sassy but just comes off as rude. also her lines feel very stereotypical. the acting relies too much on the comical accent and overall isnt very good. last season she was tolerable but in s2 dana is noticably worse.
To Patrick Ball, Mel represents hope that you can stay soft and human and tells us about Langdon's dynamic with her:
“It’s a very unlikely pairing, but it is so funny to me how worked up everybody has gotten over this. I think it's just a beautiful friendship; we don't have enough loving, platonic friendships like that between the genders on television. To me, Mel represents a caretaker—she takes a lot of responsibility for the people she loves, and she knows the weight of it. That is something Langdon feels regularly with his family, too. So when he meets her, he sees that sense of responsibility; he also sees somebody that has their sensitive side intact. This place can be a meat grinder—coming into work and being presented with traumatic situations all day long can create a lot of calluses, and Mel isn't calloused. Langdon doesn't want to become calloused either, and in Mel, he sees this hope that you can stay soft and human.”
Langdon not teaching santos: bad
Langdon trying to teach santos: also bad
elephant in the room aside because we have been having this discourse for the past year but like Al-Hashimi said, she is still R2 compared to him being R4, what is wrong with passing the knowledge down?
I have no idea what’s gonna happen at the end of s2 but I hope s3 picks up on Robby’s first day back and he sees how fluid and successfully Al-Hashimi is running the ER and how well-meshed all the doctors are because she doesn’t play favourites and she’s good in the ways he isn’t
