そもそも、データが扱えないと戦えない。でも、ラ���ブラリのモデルだけで戦えるコンサルもいる。

術式＝分析��法
みんな得意な分析手法を持っている。分析手法の詳細を開示できると、説得力が増す。

呪霊＝Excelお化け
現場に行くと、どこから手を付けて良いか分からないExcelの化け物がいる。特級クラスのExcelは、それなりのコンサルでないと対処不可能。

真人＝悪徳コンサル
最近は「AIの利用を前提とした働き方改革」を提案するコンサルがいる。依頼者の良いところまで変形させてしまうリスク。

@smbtti 僕も同じ悩みを持ってる…。ただ、僕の悩みレベルはSuzukiさんより低い可能性が…😅新しいインプット欲しいけど、機械学習だけではなく、その周辺技術、コンサル技術、PM技術、ちょっと量が多いのも事実…💧
