@morphomap is a new #R package for long #bone landmarking (#GM), #cortical thickness (MM) and cross-sectional geometry (#CSG) mapping.

The new #R function morphomapAllignment performs a virtual positioning of a long bone by defining 7 landmarks in an interactive way. morphomapAllignment will be included in the next R package release.
