The first 3 milestones of the Halo roadmap are where the foundation gets built. 👾
Open Alpha at Scale
Halo moves beyond early adopters and opens the network to real demand.
• Open operator registration across AI frameworks
• Halo Portal opens to consumers
• Public leaderboard for uptime, inference volume, and model coverage • WARD buyback pools activated
• First Foundation buyback based on network activity
The objective is simple: prove that a distributed AI inference network can operate at scale.
July – Security & Privacy
This milestone addresses one of the biggest challenges in decentralized compute: trust.
• Privy embedded wallets for operators • Hardware-isolated TEE key generation
• MFA and withdrawal protection for larger balances
• ECIES prompt encryption (Privacy Layer 1)
Every prompt becomes encrypted in transit, making workloads unreadable to outside observers.
August – Settlement & Automated Value Flow
Arguably the most important economic milestone in the roadmap.
• On-chain settlement deployed on Base
• x402 payment rails go live
• Automated buyback engine activated • Every inference fee splits automatically:
90% → Operators
10% → Buyback bucket
The buyback engine accumulates USDC, purchases WARD, distributes rewards to stakers, and burns a portion of the supply.
Privacy Layer 2 also launches, ensuring no single operator can reconstruct a user's complete workload.
Three months
Scale
Security
Settlement
If these milestones ship as planned, Halo moves from an interesting idea to a functioning decentralized AI infrastructure network. ⚡️

🚀 On Friday we announced the Warden Halo roadmap. Six months. June → November. First open alpha to full protocol shipping. Here's exactly what's coming and when 👇
The Halo roadmap is now public – and this is where things start getting real for Warden Protocol 👾
Six monthly milestones.
From alpha network → full protocol launch.
June → Open scale + WARD buyback starts
July → Privy wallets + prompt encryption (Layer 1 privacy)
August → On-chain settlement + automated buyback engine
September → SPEX verification goes live
October → Swarm verification + on-chain agent identity
November → Halo GA + full protocol launch
What stands out is simple:
This isn’t early-stage planning
anymore – most of the system is already built.
Now it’s execution: shipping modules month by month until the full agentic compute + verification + settlement loop is live.
If they deliver even 70% of this on schedule, the WARD ecosystem narrative changes completely over the next few months.

The Halo roadmap is public.
Six monthly milestones. First alpha to full protocol.
Foundation $WARD buyback starts in June. Automation in August. SPEX in September. Halo GA in November.
Most of it is already built. This is the schedule for shipping it.

today is not a normal day.
3 things dropping today:
1/ new EVERYTHING IS PvP episode
→ another $500 live
→ some of you will watch it 15 times and still count the clues wrong somehow
2/ $200 luckio winners announced
→ a couple of you getting paid
→ others preparing paragraphs about how “it was rigged”
3/ new telegram campaign launches
→ new prizes
→ new mechanics
→ waitlist + connected telegram required
→ if you’re not in yet, GTFO
biggest day so far.
we’re 4 weeks old.
Everything is PvP ⚔️
4 weeks in and Taunt already moves louder than projects 10x its size.
PvP isn’t just the product anymore.
It’s the culture, the community, the competition.
Most teams launch platforms.
Taunt launched a battlefield ⚔️

Found 22 red flags in the Luckio breakdown 🚩
The biggest one? “Withdrawal Pending” – deposits go in instantly, but when it’s time to cash out, everything suddenly starts “processing” forever 💀
That alone tells you everything about how the system is built.
This is why real PVP / no-house models on Solana feel completely different transparent, on-chain, no excuses.
