@Montecristofour Im done dragging this conversation long enough you can keep coping and blame everyone but yourself for your lack of skill. I'm muting this convo enjoy your coping session
@Montecristofour Yes because ottoman empire didn't fight in ww1, but britain did. Only britain had war exhaustion.
Nobody denies that WW1 had an effect on Turkish Independent War but its not like they didn't want to destroy Ottoman Empire and control straits, they did best they could do.
@Montecristofour Nobody actually cares about your shit economy and nobody will actually protect you if shit hits the fan, you will be sacrificed to keep peace on europe
@Montecristofour Btw they did not do anything "unwillingly"
Bosphorus was and is still most valuable supply line europe can ever have. They would do anything to control it.
@Montecristofour Then shouldnt have tried to enforce a treaty that you cannot enforce it yourself then. It led british government to resign after that fucking joke of trying to make Turks a mandate xD
@Malteus_Maximus You should understand this, we had nothing to lose, we would either die and get destroyed or we would win our independency. It was a matter of life and death for Türkiye, you had lots of things to lose so you would never have motivation to stall it for much longer.
@Malteus_Maximus Yes because you just kept losing men and reputation on Türkiye which your govt keep lying to their citizen that it was a piece of cake to take down Turks. If you kept fighting it would ruin your own country because of that financial deficit. Your govt was smarter than you are.
@Montecristofour Yeah and ottomans conquered it fully. Whats your point there? Ottomans got stuck on vienna because it was the only place holding europe from ottomans, naturally they defended it with all their power. If vienna was lost europe would get conquered by ottomans pretty quickly
@driizzyDreee USA citizen is the latest person on the planet that would ever give out any historical lesson like, ever. I would rather argue with greek or armenian than an american
