BREAKING: The infamous Bankstown nurses have had their request for a year long adjournment DENIED

Judge Siobhan Herbert just crushed a blatant delay tactic.

The two Bankstown nurses accused of threatening to kill Israeli patients tried to push their trial all the way out to December 2027.

Her response was instant and brutal:

“That is a total and absolute no.”

“I can give you a trial date in October this year. I am not listing any trial in December next year.”

Exactly right.

These two have already had over 18 months.

Suddenly needing another year and a half because an expert was added?

Convenient.

This was a clear attempt to stall and hope the public loses interest.

Judge Herbert shut it down cold.

Trial now set for 12 October.
