@MarcusduSautoy as a maths teacher I use the School of Hard Sums problems with students and have been relying on websites where the questions are shared to remind myself of them. However, these aren't complete and wondered if you had a copy of all the problems and solutions?

@British_Airways I am trying to change my flight online, when I get to the confirmation page I am given an error message and told I have to call. When I call I am told to go online and hung up on by the automated service. Any advice on anything that might work?

Thank you @O2 for cancelling my contract 11 days earlier and then making it impossible for me to contact customer services using my mobile. Then when I wait 10 minutes to speak to someone from my landline you hang up on me. Brilliant customer service.

@O2 Having wasted an hour trying to get through to customer services I was told the issue would be fixed in 4 hours. 4 hours later plus an additional 1 hour on O2 Live Chat the issue is still not fixed and I have been told I can now be without a phone for 24 hours!
