A thread.
You’ve got to be sick in the head if you think the youth are risking their lives in these protests just to hand over power to someone like Gachagua. This struggle isn’t about swapping one selfish leader for another. It’s about tearing down a system built on oppression, theft, and arrogance. We want real change, not recycled mediocrity.

Happy Weekend y'all
ECZEMA is an inflammatory process that happens on the outer layer of the skin known as the Epidermis.
The skin has three layers:
- Epidermis
- Dermis
- Subcutaneous
The Epidermis has three layers:
- Corneal (the visible one)
- Spinous
- Basal
The corneal layer of the epidermis is the first line of defence against microorganisms, chemicals and injury.
Eczema destroys this layer due to unending inflammation. This chronic injury leads to itchiness, dryness, and a scaly, rough layer on the skin.
Eczema originates from the gut and that's why it is common in children because we introduce inflammatory foods to their guts thereby making the gut raise a host of inflammatory responses.
Eczema is almost always accompanied by:
- Food allergies (animal proteins)
- Respiratory allergies
- Eye itchiness and allergies
- Asthma
The first three allergies are called Hay Fever.
Eczema is reversible and curable.
Here is what to do:
- Fasting daily for adults: OMAD, 2MAD
- Prolonged fasting eg #AutophagyMarathon
- Sun daily
- Use coconut oil on your skin, avoid lotions and soaps
- Avoid sugar, wheat, milk, honey and fruits
- Avoid processed cereals like Weetabix and oats
- Avoid refined carbs
- Eat meat and eggs
- Sauerkraut daily
- Avoid seed oils and transfats like margarine
- Omega 3 (because Eczema is exacerbated by more omega 6 than omega 3). Get genuine Omega 3 or eat fresh fish and animal fats.
Do these and see results.
Don't be a slave of hospitals. The solution to your chronic medical problems is in your kitchen.
