Feidhlim Mc Gowan, 27 year old North Sligo runner produced one of the best performances of his running career so far, in the London marathon on Sunday last the fleet footed sped over the 42k plus in a new club record of 2 hrs 27 mins 20 secs.

Things don’t always go the way you plan. I had a pretty severe ankle roll on the first decent and it instantly ballooned. Denial about the situation lasted an hour. My goal from that point forward became to connect with each incredible people that would soon pass me. #bm100
