Been "living" with FSD (Supervised) for 24 hours in Copenhagen and I already struggle to understand why it's still legal for humans to drive. It's that good.
By popular demand, we finally got around to shooting Season 2 of Cycling With Morten. That's the good news. The bad news is that skipping my winter training made riding around cobblestones on a non-electric cargo bike with my favorite cameraman in front much tougher than anticipated ๐
Despite the heavy breathing, tune in to hear my thoughts on AI adoption at Worksome, 5x productivity boosts, and why human talent isn't going anywhere.
To all the 20-something AI founders in hyper-growth, with VCs chasing you like wild animals and throwing money at 2021 multiples and beyond:
Take. Some. Secondaries.
9 out of 10 of you will thank me later.
Youโre welcome.
Deel CEO and company founder @Bouazizalex personally orchestrated his companyโs alleged spy scheme, the spy said in a full confession
Alex allegedly recruited the spy, received the stolen info, and arranged payment via a person known only by their pseudonym: โThe Watchmanโ
Most, if not all, large-scale enterprise applications suck. Quite a lot, actually.
At their core, theyโre just databases, systems where you either input or retrieve info. Their entire purpose of the application is to make that easier. But as they grow to support more complex use cases (inevitable in the enterprise world), user experience always suffers because of the almost sole reliance on somehow outdated navigational structures.
Think early "search" engines: News, Sports, Football, UK, Manchester, just for a score. As the web exploded, that became unworkable, so search evolved. Enterprise applications, though, lagged behind.
Now, with LLMs and modern AI, we can rethink how they work. AI can deliver seamless, intuitive workflows, scaling depth and breadth without breaking usability.
Itโs time for enterprise software to catch up.
Best argument against EVs ever, delivered by a taxi driver in Copenhagen:
"Imagine you're driving in a jungle at -10ยฐC, run out of juice, and help is an hour away - what would you do then?!"
Checkmate, @elonmusk & co.
If youโre curious about exploring alternatives to VC funding for your startup or just want to brush up on your Danish, this might be worth a listen! https://t.co/JVkAHy5XXx
.@elonmusk is being falsely smeared.
Elon is a great friend of Israel. He visited Israel after the October 7 massacre in which Hamas terrorists committed the worst atrocity against the Jewish people since the Holocaust. He has since repeatedly and forcefully supported Israelโs right to defend itself against genocidal terrorists and regimes who seek to annihilate the one and only Jewish state.
I thank him for this.
If non-perm talent isnโt an integral part of your workforce strategy and/or if you lack a proper process to engage this group, you will, on average, be missing out on >30% of the global talent pool, of whom many arguably sit in the top quartile.
The choice is yours.
Zuck jumps on the @elonmusk bandwagon, @Cobratate runs for prime minister and @realDonaldTrump is trying to buy Greenland from us. What a time to be alive ๐ซ
Happy to report that Christmas Day was the lowest revenue day of 2024 for Worksome, which means almost no one spent time thinking about work yesterday. Good for them and wishing everyone continued happy holidays!
