AH's has been without shelter for 4 yrs, NL council has postponed the repair resulting in us losing access to our track. AH’s Est.1933 found a home at Coatbridge SC in 1985. No home is having a huge impact on our club. Please help 2/2

4 weeks of marathon plan completed & feeling the best I've felt in ages! Hitting the weekly miles, getting the longer sessions in, at least 2 gym sessions a week, recovering better, eating and drinking better, taking vitamins, and sleeping more. Proud of myself 😂🙋🏼‍♀️

Do you know why cross country is so fun and underrated? Time doesn’t matter so drives those focused on splits crazy. Terrain is energy sucking. Crowd cheering is wild and supportive. It’s you against your competition and you against you. Highly recommend everyone run a CC race!

I see a lot of people I went to school with sending their kids off to school this morning & I'm genuinely impressed with that level of maturity. My greatest adulting achievement today was taking the washing in when the rain started instead of leaving it to get soaked 🙃
