There is one thing I don't understand about the entire #ashleypurdy crap and those who are protecting him or protecting the victims. Both sides say the other is obsessed even though you can clearly see the obsession in some fans as well as in the haters. There is no middle way-

Not directly involved. Don't get me wrong, I believe the victims and stand by them but I don't agree on the constant attacks towards those not involved. They are adults who decide who they are in contact with and we shouldn't judge on his actions. The same goes for those standing

@Ashley_bvb_fan There are different laws for a private person or a public figure. Those private can act on the civil rights while the public figure would need to proof those alligations are untrue. And since these are their experiences they fall under the freedom of speech rights.

@Ashley_bvb_fan Actually not true, they've posted it as their personal experience with a public figure. They, hadn't gone to court when they posted the statement and announced it to be their experience. For it to be illigal and removed he would need to proof the alligations aren't true.

@Ashley_bvb_fan Everyone has the right to share their story, their opinion and post a statement on social media. That goes for the victims, those who belief the victims and those who stand by Ashley and Ash himself.
