We've been assigned a guide from the United States while we're a group (mix men/woman) from The Netherlands. How??? Nobody speaks Arabic/English beside me +We have already guides here in NL we already did gatherings with us, speak out languages. READ FURTHER👇🏽

@Hajj_nusuk إنه أمر غريب أن نسوك قامت بال��حقق من عدد كبير ولكن لديها عدد أقل من الأماكن. واجهنا مشاكل في تسجيل الدخول مثل انتهاء صلاحية الأكواد والتأخير. يجب عليهم زيادة الحصة وإجراء اختبارات الضغط على نظامهم بشكل كامل قبل إطلاقه لمنع إرهاق النظام والمستخدمين. @Hajj_nusuk !!!

@Hajj_nusuk It's odd that @Hajj_nusuk verified a large number but has fewer spots. We had login issues with timeouts and expired OTP codes. They should increase the quota and thoroughly stress test their system before launching it to prevent overwhelming both the system and users.

@Fareed98351633 @Hajj_nusuk It's strange that @Hajj_nusuk verified 80,000 people but only has 34,000 spots. We faced login issues like timeouts and expired OTP codes. They should fix this before adding more people, to avoid increasing pressure on the system and users. Allahu musta3an!!

@SuhelN7 @Hajj_nusuk Custom Flight button is disappeared with the Checkout button. Strange platform and also no communication or updates towards us. Technically there are ton of ways to tackle peak moments in visitors. Ask any technical expert. @Hajj_nusuk is not the only one!

It was available 1,5 hour ago, I purchased a package, somehow due to some glitch/error it got canceled. I tried to login again for 1 hour to see this. Didn't got any email notification aboit this. Very frustrating @Hajj_nusu
