@SaudiAirlines UK261 claim for cancelled/delayed flight SV100 (Ref: 1864510) has gone unanswered for over 3 months despite multiple follow-ups. Complaint now escalated to the CAA. Please respond and resolve this matter before I proceed with an MCOL claim.

@Hajj_nusuk@othman64054260 Thank you for the clarification. It's Allah's will in the end, otherwise the nusuk website gave in at the last minute and many people including I got stuck in the hours long queue to complete the booking process by which time the quota had filled.
@NomanMainuddin@Hajj_nusuk Wssalaam. You have to have enough money in your e-wallet to complete the purchase. The confirmation page will show a negative balance and will not let you confirm the booking.
