@Coach_BrettB Love this. Also feel it’s not mentioned enough that receiving feedback is a skill, if you look back you should be able to recognize how you’ve improved at it. You can make an effort to get better at taking the extra moment to breathe and think before reacting to the feedback.
@KellieWellz No problem! Used to work for them but still use the product almost daily, it’s one of the few products I’ve ever purchased that I gain more appreciation for as time goes on.
@KellieWellz My preference/bias here is Tonal. Bigger company, has been on the market longer, and is a US-based company with a very high bar for quality. Speediance feels like a bit more of an unknown and personally don’t know anyone that has one.
This headline doesn’t work in Western New York, but it’s time the country gets to know Mike MacDonald and Daemen:
“College basketball’s last remaining undefeated men’s team is one you’ve never heard of. Can it win it all?” https://t.co/BgwP1MHGji

@JoClubbSportSci Also seems like many believe they’re better off sending out 20 low effort applications when their time would be much better spent pouring more effort into five focused applications.
@JoClubbSportSci We unfortunately seem to be in an era where a lot don’t even bother to write one anymore. Candidates like to think a cover letter is old school now, but if anything it’s the easiest way to stand out now in a job market full of one-click applications.
@shanebacon Hot take - one great thing about BUF - you can get great wings at tons of places. No recs you get will be "wrong." You'll probably get some unwarranted hate on Anchor Bar (the OG) because wing hipsters like to have trendy answers. Pick a known spot close by, they'll be good.
