- “omo, 100lvl tough gan, get one time wey i drink only garri and sugar for a whole week”
random guy - “your own still good, you no suffer like me, sebi you still even see sugar and water use drink garri, me like this, nah just raw garri i dey chop take survive”
bruh
We will someday demand better from full-grown adults who do crazy things like this and more becasue “pastor/prophet said”.
These same clowns in the video can vote, they have businesses they run, they have families and children they are responsible to, that’s why I’m sure we should be asking them why they are behaving a certain way, instead blaming a man of God who is free to say anything.
And please don’t tell me it’s indoctrination. We were all indoctrinated not to lie and behave incorrectly, yet many lie and engage in various vices like it’s no one’s business, barring what any pastor or religious texts says.
The pastor has done nothing wrong!!!
This Yar’Adua example is funny.
Trump was impeached over alleged Russian interference in the election.
If Yar’Adua truly hated the process that made him win, he would have resigned and called for a rerun.
Tired of this performative rhetoric
Nigerian Men I know most of you suffer from that Messiah complex and lack of self esteem so I want to give you a hack on how to make u decide on things u do for a woman
Ask yourself , Will another Woman do it for another Woman?
Notice how they treat each other and apply it accordingly
Not to support stubbornness sha

“I’m Not Us€less. At 22, You Expect Me To Be Taking Care Of You And The Entire Family. I Don’t Even Ask You For Anything And I Take Care Of Myself. Yet You Still Call Me a Failure And Constantly Compare Me To My Mates.” ~ Nigerian Lady Cries Out During a Heated Altercation With Her Mother. 😢💔

Let me give you one good writing tip:
For most of us who are active writers, always write as if you're watching a movie in your head.
Good writing should be filled with imagery and sensory details.
It shouldn't be bland.
Think of all the human senses and incorporate it.
Yup! That’s why on the Titanic, regardless of social class, ~75% of women survived, while only ~20% of men did.
We don’t see equality clamors against this misandristic expectation, even though it killed many men.
Again, misandry has been rebranded as chivalry. Gbam!
I realized there are many things girlies say due to “historical stereotypes,” yet they aren’t labeled as misandry.
E.g.,
>> “Men used to go to war.”
>> “A real man provides”
>> “Men mature slower”
Apparently, only the female equivalents are “terrible” when men say it.
You're a genuinely smart guy, Chetuya, and I don't believe you're acting with any ill intent.
I know the feeling of being very well-read and in love with the sound of your own thoughts.
Trust me.
But at some point, we all have to put the literature down and touch grass.
As a founder, If you’re raising venture capital, sitting in board meetings, or speaking with institutional investors, there are about 30-40 business terms you should know cold. I have been doing this for more than 10years so these are the ones that matter.
⸻
1. WACC — Weighted Average Cost of Capital
This is one of the most important concepts in corporate finance.
Meaning
The average cost of every dollar the company uses to finance itself.
Money isn’t free.
A company can obtain money from:
Equity (selling shares)
Debt (bank loans, bonds)
Each has a cost.
WACC combines both.
Example:
You need ₦100 million.
You raise
₦60m from investors
₦40m from the bank
Investor expects 20% return.
Bank charges 10% interest.
Your WACC is
(60% × 20%) + (40% × 10%)
= 12% + 4%
= 16%
Meaning:
Every project you invest in should ideally earn more than 16%.
If not, you’re destroying value.
⸻
Why VCs care
Suppose you tell a VC
“Our expansion will generate 8% yearly.”
If your WACC is 16%
The VC thinks
“Why are you investing in something earning less than your cost of capital?”
Bad management.
⸻
2. CAC — Customer Acquisition Cost
One of the first numbers investors ask.
Formula
CAC = Marketing Spend ÷ Customers Acquired
Example
You spend
₦5 million on ads
Acquire
500 customers
CAC
= ₦10,000
Meaning
It costs you ₦10k to get one customer.
⸻
3. LTV — Lifetime Value
How much one customer generates before leaving.
Example
Customer pays
₦10,000/month
Average customer stays
36 months
Revenue
= ₦360,000
Gross margin
70%
LTV
≈ ₦252,000
⸻
Investors love
LTV : CAC
If
LTV = ₦250k
CAC = ₦10k
Ratio
25:1
Fantastic.
Generally:
Below 1:1 → Losing money
Around 3:1 → Healthy
5:1+ → Excellent (assuming the numbers are sustainable)
⸻
4. Burn Rate
How fast you’re spending money.
Example
Cash in bank
₦120m
Monthly expenses
₦10m
Burn rate
₦10m/month
⸻
5. Runway
How long before you run out of cash.
Cash
₦120m
Burn
₦10m/month
Runway
12 months
VCs almost always ask
“How much runway do you have?”
⸻
6. EBITDA
Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortisation
Measures operating profitability before financing and certain accounting charges.
Think of it as
“How much does the business generate from operations?”
Very common in acquisitions.
⸻
7. ARR
Annual Recurring Revenue.
Critical for SaaS.
Monthly subscriptions
₦2m
ARR
₦24m
Investors love growing ARR.
⸻
8. MRR
Monthly Recurring Revenue.
If subscriptions
₦500k
Next month
₦700k
MRR increased.
⸻
9. Gross Margin
How much remains after direct costs.
Example
Revenue
₦100m
Cost to deliver
₦30m
Gross margin
70%
High gross margins usually make companies more scalable.
⸻
10. EBITDA Margin
EBITDA ÷ Revenue
Shows operational efficiency.
⸻
11. ROI
Return on Investment.
Simple.
Invest
₦1m
Earn
₦1.5m
ROI
50%
⸻
12. IRR
Internal Rate of Return.
Measures the annualised return of an investment over time.
Private equity firms use this constantly.
Higher IRR = better investment.
⸻
13. NPV
Net Present Value.
Money today is worth more than money tomorrow.
NPV discounts future cash flows to today’s value.
Positive NPV
Good investment.
Negative
Reject.
⸻
14. Cap Table
Capitalisation Table.
Shows
Founders
Investors
Employee stock options
Ownership percentages
Every startup should have one.
⸻
15. Dilution
Every fundraising round usually reduces existing shareholders’ percentage ownership.
Example
You own
100%
Raise investment
Now own
80%
You’ve been diluted.
⸻
16. Valuation
What the company is worth.
Pre-money
Value before investment.
Post-money
Value after investment.
Example
Company worth
₦900m
Investor puts
₦100m
Post-money valuation
₦1 billion
Investor owns
10%
⸻
17. TAM
Total Addressable Market.
Entire possible market.
Example
Nigeria spends
₦5 trillion yearly on facilities management.
TAM
₦5 trillion.
⸻
I genuinely think you are an incredibly fóolish person if you ever let anybody gaslight you into believing it is okay for them to still be in contact with their ex while they are in a relationship with you.
I genuinely do not care if they ended on a good or bad note, but if you fall for the gaslighting that “they didn’t offend me, so there’s no point cutting them off now that I’m in a relationship,” then, just like I rightfully said, you are a fóol. A big one at that.
So there’s a person your boyfriend or girlfriend dated before you, whom they were actively and sexually involved with for a long time, who still has access to them, and they are selling you the lie that even though they still talk because they’re “friends,” they have boundaries, and you’re buying it? Nahh, your head is actually not correct.
In 7 out of 10 situations like this, there’s nothing innocent about such “friendships.”
The moment your talking stage or babe references their ex two or three times while talking to you in a bid to make any sort of comparison, or even casually, that is your cue to leave them.
No one who respects you will put you in a position where you have to be the one to tell them to cut their ex off now that they are in a relationship with you.
Lol
Loyalty as expected from a man
For better for worse Oat on the alter before God
Apart from these 2 things, nothing will not stop me from doing exactly what that guy said....
In the end, God will not test us with what we can't bear
