Narcissists need to pretend you’re a bad person to validate the hatred they feel for envying you, so they don’t look guilty for the way they treated you.
The death penalty is inadmissible because it is an attack on the inviolability and dignity of the person. The common good can be safeguarded and the requirements of justice can be met without recourse to capital punishment: effective systems of detention have been developed that protect citizens while at the same time do not completely deprive those who are guilty of the possibility of redemption. #NoDeathPenalty
These sites are essential for Data Analysts
1. Mockaroo (https://t.co/0ysck85810) → generates realistic test data in seconds. I used to spend hours creating fake datasets to practice with. This thing spits out thousands of rows based on whatever parameters you need.
2. SQL Fiddle (https://t.co/uwtkA31Op8) → test your queries before running them on actual data. Saved me from crashing our database more times than I care to admit.
3. Regex101 (https://t.co/EccBz5wsdk) → makes regular expressions actually make sense. That alone is worth it. I used to copy paste regex patterns and pray they worked.
4. Our World in Data (https://t.co/BsUNZSGUUY) → clean, reliable datasets on basically everything. When your boss asks for "industry benchmarks" at 4pm, this is where you go.
5. Datawrapper (https://t.co/6yBJfM4flJ) → creates charts that don't look like they're from 2003. Your stakeholders will think you hired a designer.
6. Mode Analytics (https://t.co/TV3B14G8go) → runs SQL, Python, and R in the same place. No more switching between five different tools to finish one analysis.
These tools don't make you a better analyst, they just stop you from wasting time on things that shouldn't take time in the first place.

I can’t say this strongly enough… if you support, follow, befriend, platform a human predator (eg narcissist), regardless of how like-minded or friendly they seem, you are colluding with an abuser. There is no middle ground with a dangerous, exploitative, dishonest person.
A malignant narcissist will destroy an innocent person‘s life without the least bit of concern for the pain they’re causing for nothing more than to protect their ego.
And oftentimes they ENJOY seeing the pain.
Understand this: Destroying someone’s life is taking someone’s life.
They are getting as close to murdering a person as they can get because deep down they really do want to murder that person.
Just a reminder: bullies rarely see themselves as bullies. They usually convince themselves that the person they’re hurting somehow deserves it. And that right there is the fucking problem.
Fixating on someone who’s minding their own business, repeatedly forcing yourself into their personal space until they assert a boundary, then playing the victim and smear-campaigning them as the attacker is psychotic and deeply predatory behavior.
The distance between you and toxic people affects your quality of life. When that distance gives you a sense of relief rather than a feeling of loss, you know it's time to let go of that relationship, because that's your nervous system telling you the truth.
Have you ever noticed how narcissists always seem to ruin birthdays, holidays, and vacations—the moments that are supposed to be the happiest?
Narcissists can’t stand joy that isn’t about them, which is why they almost always sabotage happy moments.
Special occasions usually celebrate someone else—your birthday, a family holiday, or a group trip. Narcissists can’t stand when the attention isn’t on them. They sabotage to drag the focus back to themselves. These events create situations where people are relaxed, happy, and bonding. That threatens a narcissist, who thrives when others are unsettled. By causing drama, they reassert dominance and make sure no one feels joy without their influence.
Narcissists resent seeing others happy—especially if that happiness doesn’t involve them. They feel threatened by genuine joy, so they inject negativity to "balance" things back in their favor.
If you have a birthday or holiday filled with warmth and love, you might feel strong and independent—less susceptible to their control. By ruining it, they taint those memories so you can’t fully enjoy them.
very disturbing trait of narcissists, typically those with strong envy and psychopathic tendencies, is their ability to mimic the people they envy while simultaneously trying to destroy them. Often called mirroring, where a narcissist mimics someone else's personality, mannerisms, interests, and even life choices. This isn’t done out of admiration but rather out of a need to consume that person’s identity and then replace them. It’s almost like psychological identity theft. At the same time, they seek to undermine the original person through gaslighting, lies, and smear campaigns. They attack the very person they are copying, trying to break their confidence and make them question their own identity. By eliminating the original they ”take ownership” of the traits they are mimicking. It is profoundly disturbing when you witness someone doing this to you.
Just a reminder: exposing your abuser for what they did to you is not a smear campaign.
A smear campaign is lies your abuser told about you when they were afraid you would tell the truth about them.
Highly intelligent people are deep observers. They figure you out immediately, but act like they see nothing. They give you the space to talk, overstep, and show your real hand. By the time they respond, they have already calculated exactly who you are. Discernment is their best friend.
