@realEstateTrent @Andy_McQuade I’ve worked with some of these guys in the past. A lot of them are small shops usually focused on the construction and renovation side. It’s all about scaling, usually if these guys get big enough, they’ll hire someone in their office to do acquisitions and sourcing.

@realEstateTrent @Andy_McQuade Not every investor has the time, acquisitions guy on payroll, or network to source these deals. A wholesaler’s job is to network and scour an area finding these undervalued/value add deals. They’ll then sell to said investor and make a spread.

@fox_sheldon @wsvn Tragic, and I’m sure the investigation requires a lot of work. That said, @MiamiBeachPD blocked off both north and southbound lanes at 8AM on major thoroughfares causing thousands of commuters to sit in hours of traffic. Was there really no better way?
