Your customer service has been the worst I’ve seen till now. Im a prime member and after having conversations for 2 months and 42 mail exchange, and was promised that you will credit the mount to my account and yet nothing was resolved. Pathetic service!!

@lebara@LebaraMobileUK@VodafoneUK I am at my wits' end. On 29th October, I requested Proof of Usage and Proof of Blacklisting for my insurance claim after losing my phonea - huge loss. I was told this would take a max of 72 hours, but it’s now been 8 days and still nothing.
@NamkeenJalebi You are correct on programming side but for non-technical reasons, He is correct. Even in excel, for balance sheets they need to search for rupee sign. In British keyboard, I have both pound, euro and dollar sign as an option.

@rickykej@airindia Im waiting for refunds from 8 months they aren’t able to do that. Their staff are really lazy and still working as a government agent. They need to realize that they are privately owned and need to act professionally than rude. Im still chasing them to get me refund.
