💉 Arm A: 8 cycles FOLFIRINOX → surgery (no adj)

• ���� Arm B: Gem-CRT → surgery → adj gemcitabine

📊 Results (median FU 42 mo):

⏳ OS: 21.9 mo FFX vs 21.3 mo CRT (HR 0.88; p=0.32)

• 📉 PFS: 12.1 vs 11.9 mo (NS)
• 🏥 Resection rate: 77% vs 75%
• 🧪 Path CR: 10% vs 5%
• 🧾 ypN0: higher in CRT (58% vs 47%)
• ⚠️ Grade ≥3 AEs: 67% FFX vs 60% CRT (NS)

🧾 Takeaway
👉 No OS difference between arms
👉 Both regimens remain valid
👉 CRT showed better nodal clearance
👉 Choice = patient fitness, toxicity profile, logistics
