I need answers from FlySafair regarding a serious booking/security failure that has left me stranded and caused me to miss an important business meeting.

I booked a 06:00 flight and checked in yesterday. I later discovered that someone else, Tabiso Ngosi, was associated with my booking reference and that my name, surname, ID number and date of birth had been changed on the booking.

Yesterday I also noticed that my return flight had been changed from approximately 19:25 to 23:00. I contacted FlySafair at around 15:36 and the booking was changed back.

This morning, despite having a valid booking, I was unable to board my original flight because of the changes made to my reservation. I was eventually put onto a flight around 08:20/08:25, meaning I would arrive around 09:00, after an 08:30 meeting I was scheduled to attend.

What is even more concerning is that I was initially being asked to pay for the replacement ticket when the problem appears to have originated from the booking itself.

FlySafair needs to explain:

How another passenger ended up on my booking.
Who changed my personal details.
When and through which system/channel the changes were made.
How these changes were allowed to happen.
Why I was denied boarding on a ticket I had legitimately purchased.
What compensation and remedy FlySafair is offering.

This is not simply a delayed flight. My booking details were changed and another passenger appears to have been associated with my reservation.

I have the booking confirmations, call records, screenshots and other evidence.

@FlySafair I need this investigated urgently and I need a written explanation.
