Don't harm opossums! They’re harmless and actually really helpful. They keep pests under control by eating ticks, roaches, rats, and scorpions, clean up dead animals, and even help spread seeds. Basically, they’re nature’s cleanup crew

negative stigma against crypto will be gone by end of 2028, mobile social trading apps that allow people to trade stock perps in the same place they trade memecoins will transition "crypto" into just "trading"
& there will be even more of the self-made millionaires
ppl will just see it as making money on the internet
The Abyss (1989) is remembered not only for its groundbreaking underwater cinematography, but also for one of the most punishing shoots in film history.
Much of the principal photography took place in a massive water tank at a decommissioned nuclear facility in South Carolina, where the cast and crew spent countless hours submerged. The conditions were so extreme that some crew members reportedly suffered physical side effects from prolonged exposure, including fingernail loss, while actor Ed Harris was said to be so exhausted that he would cry in his car after filming each day.
Against that backdrop of constant strain and difficulty, even small on-set accidents took on a different meaning.
When a cameraman accidentally wiped the lens during a shot, James Cameron chose to leave the moment in the final film rather than reshoot it. In a production already defined by imperfection and endurance, the flaw was seen less as a mistake and more as another layer of raw texture within an already grueling, hard-won visual record.
